Made by Norscot Group Inc. (Mequon, WI) with original metal HOG-logo brass buckle. Adjustable strapback closure works smoothly. Bill and crown have that ideal broken-in vintage drape. Interior shows age/wear consistent with true 90s-early 2000s Harley gear.
