Charming vintage mid century ceramic pig toothpick holder, designed in the classic “porcupine” style. The body features multiple small holes for toothpicks, and the open center bowl can hold dip, nuts, mints, or additional toothpicks. Hand painted with green shading, rosy cheeks, and expressive eyes.
Unmarked on the bottom. Likely 1950s–1960s Japanese or California pottery. The pig design is much harder to find than standard hedgehog or cactus-style toothpick servers.
No chips or cracks noted. Displays age-appropriate crazing and minor surface wear consistent with vintage use.
